Corrections, disputes, and removals for your listing

The Sacramento Roofing Contractor Guide lists roofing businesses in the Sacramento area with scores calculated from publicly available Google reviews. We use one fixed rubric applied equally to every contractor. Your listing is free to appear here, and no payment will ever change your score or ranking. This page explains how to correct factual details, challenge a score if you believe our data is wrong, or request removal if your business has closed. Correcting factual information

Factual fields like your business name, address, phone number, website, hours of operation, and service offerings can be corrected when you provide the right information and something to verify it against, such as your website or Google Business Profile. Once we apply a correction, it stays in place through future data refreshes so you will not see the same error reappear.

Disputing your score

Scores are never hand-edited. A dispute must claim that our input data is wrong, for instance that your profile was matched to the wrong business, that reviews were attributed to you incorrectly, or that a summary misrepresents what reviewers actually wrote. We re-check the sources and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher number; we do not negotiate scores.

Requesting removal

Listings are removed if your business is permanently closed, the listing is a duplicate, or your business falls outside the scope of this directory. We also re-verify listings each month and automatically remove closed businesses. An accurate, in-scope listing may be declined for removal, and we will give you the reason plainly.

How long this takes

Every request is acknowledged within 5 business days. Confirmed removals are completed within 7 days. Declined requests come with an explanation.
